I am buying a box as a gift and I do not want a receipt or any visible prices.
The Stellar Story is an online gifting concierge service and we believe that most of our boxes are purchased almost always as gifts therefore we never include receipts or packing slips/inventory summary sheets inside any of our packaging. You will have all that information sent to you electronically once you complete your purchase on our website www.thestellarstory.com We handle our products carefully and we do not alter them by removing or crossing labels as we prefer to keep the packaging intact and beautiful. Most of the products we use to create the gift boxes do not have price tags. Occasionally, some manufacturers print the price on the items however this is a rare occurrence and when it happens the price is small, elegant and subtle.
I like a gift in your Ready-to-Gift Collection but I would like to pair it with a different gift tag, is it possible?
Definitely! At checkout, you will have the option to select a different gift tag than the one featured in the picture.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We endeavor to dispatch the online orders to destinations in the contiguous United States of America within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order on our website www.thestellarstory.com. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Thursdays will likely be processed the following Monday due to limited processing availability at our studio.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are made during normal business hours.
How much notice is needed for the Custom Made Designs and Creations ?
Each project is looked at individually and is tailored to your specific needs and requirements. Therefore, we need 6 to 8 weeks notice to complete our Custom Made Design and Creation Process including but not only design work, researching, outsourcing, crafting and delivery. Depending on the time of the year and availability, we may be able to accommodate rush orders or we may need additional time to complete a project. We are always happy to assist, Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Custom Made Designs and Creations: Yes, we do require a minimum of orders for the Custom Made Designs and Creations. The minimum quantities vary, depending on the type of gifting you chose (client appreciation, wedding welcome gifting, corporate gifting, social & lifestyle gifting).

How can I pay for The Stellar Story products?
For our Ready-to-Gift Collection please place your order online via the website www.www.thestellarstory.com and we will happily accept all major credit cards.
For our Custom Made Designs and Creations we accept all major credit cards.
We do not keep your credit card information therefore we cannot accept payment through the phone. We do accept checks for Custom Made Designs and Creations only.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States.

What is your Return Policy?
